In a few words, we take: Medical, Gold Coast, Dentical and any other insurance as long it is a PPO insurance such as Ameritas, Delta Dental, Aetna, Anthem, Humana, Tricare, Cigna, etc.

We exclusively accept PPO & Gov Insurance, excluding HMO. The benefit? With PPO, you pick your dentist. With HMO, your choice is dictated by your

There are different reasons as to why a treatment can be denied by your insurance, for example:

• Your treatment does not meet criteria to be covered.

• Your insurance needs more detailed exams to determine if the treatment can be performed or not.

• Your procedure is considered cosmetic, and most insurances do not cover cosmetic procedures.

• Additional information is needed, and a new visit might be necessary so we can send it over to your insurance.
