What is a Systematic Disease?

Systemic disease is defined as a disease that affects the organic system, that is, the entire body, such as high blood pressure.

Signs present in the oral cavity which shows a systemic disease are:

– Oral Cancer – Xerostomia – Hematological diseases –  Cardiovascular disorders –  Aphthous ulcers

How often do you have to go to the dentist?

It is convenient to visit the dentist one to two times a year to perform a cleaning in turn, take advantage of a general review of the oral cavity.

Minors When should they go to the Dentist?

The first visit should be at three years of age, and once a year is sufficient at that age.
