What insurance plans do you accept?
In a few words, we take: Medical, Gold Coast, Dentical and any other insurance as long it is a PPO insurance such as Ameritas, Delta Dental, Aetna, Anthem, Humana, Tricare, Cigna, etc.
Do you accept HMO, ins, or gold coast or any other ppo insurance?
We exclusively accept PPO & Gov Insurance, excluding HMO. The benefit? With PPO, you pick your dentist. With HMO, your choice is dictated by your
insurance.
Could you please let me know if my prescriptions were delivered?
You can call us so we can verify with our treatment coordinators if your medications were delivered and the pharmacy where the prescription was sent.
Could you please send via email my x-ray?
We can. Just give us a call and tell us the email where you want your x-rays to be sent and we will send them over as soon as we can.

Why my treatment was denied?
There are different reasons as to why a treatment can be denied by your insurance, for example:

Your procedure is considered cosmetic, and most insurances do not cover cosmetic procedures.
