I went into this office under recommendation and they couldn’t of been better of a recommendation!! Dr. was very patient with me and gave me quality time to really weigh pros and cons of my dental plan for a very sensitive situation. I was very stressed and worried; but leaving the office I felt confident and secure in our decision with my teeth moving forward. I am a professional athlete and Dr. Gustavo really put himself in my shoes on how urgent the matter was. If I could choose one dentist in world; it would be him! The rest of the staff was friendly and thorough... with a beautiful clean office.

The staff was awesome! Denise was great and answered all my questions and has great customer service. Dr. Aida was super cool! No pain.
Definitely recommend this group!

Finally found a dentist I like and trust! They are very thorough here, the OD explained everything he needed to do and why, answered all my questions, addressed and fixed all my concerns, did a deep cleaning and even took care of my smallest concerns like a strange chip in my tooth and they take medi-cal!

COVID UPDATE: Carol did my cleaning today and she was extremely thorough, sweet and communicated to me all of the issues she found, what was good, what wasn’t good and what I could work more on and the specific tools I needed. Appreciated her transparency and the dentist office has made changes to protect and keep everyone safe. For cleanings in particular they stopped using the machine that blows all the air around and opt for hand cleaning instead which I feel is more precise. Carol then explained if she needed the bigger tools she would use them but prefers to air on the side of caution and prefers hand cleaning anyway

All staff is always very nice and cool as well!

This is not in the best location, but the kindness of the staff and dentist really do make up for that. I have been going here for almost 2 years. They are very open to working with your schedule. They are also great at getting you in very quickly.

I was hesitant to change dentists after my previous dentist sold their practice. I'm glad I decided to give Channel Islands Family Dental a try. I was more than pleased. Their family-oriented practice, with a friendly, helpful office staff and very qualified dentist far exceeded my expectations.

I had a killer toothache and was referred by a friend. They were able to get me in on an emergency appointment the same day and were very accommodating when I explained my previous experiences with dentists. Hoping to make this my new regular care office. So far, nothing but a good experience

This place is awesome, Elisa and the entire staff are great. The dentist is super awesome I felt almost no pain, they made me feel so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I totally recommend them. ? Oh and I would still give them the same review gift card or not.

im normally scared of the dentist but when i came here they made me fill comfortable and were very helpful and nice. makes me less scared now.

Channel Islands Family Dental has a friendly and welcoming staff. Eliza starts off your appointment with a positive attitude and makes you feel comfortable. The receptionist Mayra is also very welcoming once you walk in. Great experience! I would recommend you to come and give them a visit!

Great with their patients! Always keeping up with teeth cleaning and check ups! definitely somewhere you wanna start going. Did an amazing job on my teeth this time and every other time. Dr is nice and so are the assistants as well as the receptionist.

I’m an old patient on this clinic and so with the other 4 family members of mine. We have been patients in this clinic since 2014. We moved out of the city of Oxnard on 2018 and decided to come back this Jan. 2020 on this dental clinic because of its good quality care. They have good customer service. The receptionist are so patient and friendly in making appointments. They always make it to a point to accommodate the dates that we are available. The dentist cleans the teeth very well. I would highly recommend this dental facility. More power to Dr. Gustavo and all his staff.

Omg, where to start. I hadn't been to the dentist in 20 years. Every person, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the Dr. we're exceptional!!! All were knowledgeable and performed their jobs with efficiency and professionalism! Courteous and friendly. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends.

From check in a pleasant experience begins. The assistant was very kind and funny. Dr Gustavo was amazing and gentle. Now I'm actually excited to come for dental work. Thank you!

very quick, very friendly, the x ray tech obviously had no clue what she was going and almost whacked em a few times but the rest of the staf was amazing and honest

I've been coming to this location for over a year but just had to have work done besides cleanings. The staff is always so kind and the dentist pulled 2 teeth with very minimal pain. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs quality work done. Every one is so kind from the office ladies, the dental assistants and hygienist and the dentist is amazing.

First off staff is very friendly and accommodating helpful and you feel at home. The doctors are very professional and work with care and professionalism. I would recommend you visit this office I am a patient from years back and have returned due to the staff and doctor being the best.

I have found this amazing dentist I have had up most good experience. I do recommend this dentist. Does an amazing job and his not ruff.

First of all, i'm terrorized of dentists! I have gone to several, and even if they may seem capable, their "attitudes" have been discouraging. Instead, I have to say, that at the Channel Islands Family Dental Office there is an atmosphere of courtesy and friendliness with all the people working there. And Dr. Tebyani deserves the biggest compliment! Besides his incredible sense of humor, he has professional expertise with how he handles my teeth. It's reassuring, and I feel the confidence of being in good hands. Definitely, this dental office has the unique combination of competence and courtesy combined! I recommend it to anyone.

Took my daughter for exam, cleaning and x-rays. She's on medi-cal. She had them done and a small cavity filled. From time we walked in to leaving was about 1 hour. Work was done well. Staff was friendly. Daughter was happy. I recommend this dental service.

I talked to Jessica, Crystal, Kristina, and Dr. Merat. They were ssso helpful and friendly. Every time I called on the phone they were polite and helped me with my questions. Dr. Merat was very gentle and careful when she worked on my mouth. She explained what she was doing and helped me with any questions I had. She did not try to sell me any dental work I didn’t need. I am happy with their customer hospitality and dental work.
